The Haunted Woods is an annual event hosted by the Salt Lake City area Exchange Clubs. All proceeds from the event go towards the fight against child and domestic abuse in Utah. Together with the city of Murray and a team of big-hearted volunteers, The Haunted Woods delights visitors of all ages while contributing to a very important cause in our community. We can't wait to see you at our next event. Thank you for your support.

TWO WAYS TO BUY TICKETS:
IN PERSON: Watch for the white ticket booths out in the front of the main pavilion. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.
ONLINE: Now selling tickets online through Eventbrite. Please present pre-purchased receipt/confirmation at ticket booth to receive your event tickets, which will be needed to enter the trail.
We take pride in being Utah's only family friendly haunted attraction. We do not allow graphic violence, foul language, or demonic beings.
Choose between two different trails! The "Silly Trail" (6:00-6:30 each night) is our fun, scare-free trail that's safe for all ages. The "Spooky Trail" (6:30-8:30 each night) is meant to frighten guests that enjoy the many thrills of the Halloween season. Which will you choose?
And remember, if your child gets too scared at anytime on either trail, all they have to do is yell "GHOULS BE GONE." When our volunteers hear that, they know to instantly tone it down and make it fun and not-scary for your group. We want to make sure that EVERYONE in your group has a great time.
Whether you chose the spooky trail or the silly trail, treat yourself to a sweet treat at the end of your adventure.
Every paid admission ticket includes a fresh donut and a cup of hot chocolate in the pavilion or by the bonfire.
It's the perfect way to end an evening of fun with family and friends this Halloween season.
We work very hard at our event to make sure that absolutely EVERYONE is welcome and able to enjoy themselves. When it comes to trails through the woods, we devote a significant portion of our preparation time to making sure the trails are both wide and smooth.
We've had strollers and manually-pushed wheelchairs make it through successfully in years past. But, no matter how hard we try, we're still working in a forest full of trees with complex root systems. As the result, we cannot make any guarantees for wheelchair or stroller accessibility.
If you are interested in previewing the trail and the terrain before our event begins, please go to our CONTACT US page and email us to see if we can make special arrangements.
Things To Do
If your group wants to go through two different trails, we recommend arriving before the "Silly Trail" ends (closes at 6:30 pm), so those going through the Spooky Trail can go through as it begins (opens at 6:30 pm).
If part of your group finishes early, and you are stuck waiting for the other half of your group, we've got you covered. Watch for event entertainment, activities, and special guest appearances. There's lots to do both during and after the event, so come and stay a while.
